Shipping

• We offer FREE ground shipping to Hospitals, Surgical Centers, Urgent Care Centers, Dr’s Offices and Emergency Medical Services ONLY.  There will be fees associated with 2nd day and overnight shipping Requests.  Please consult with your sales representative at the time of ordering.
• Orders Places by 01:00 PST/PDT Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day.
• Customer OWN FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL accounts are NOT allowed for shipping.
• Shipping Methods – We use FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL for Shipping Domestically and International.
• International Shipping – We offer international shipping to most countries. These rates are not populated on our website.  Please use the Request a Quote button on our main page to build your order.  Once we receive your request a quote, we will give you a shipping estimate to your destination.
• Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination Country.  Surgical Supply Overstock is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your REPONSIBILITY as the customer.
• Tracking Numbers will be displayed on the invoice provided to the customer for ease of tracking.
• Please note that any International, Including Hawaii and Alaska, and POB orders are Excluded from certain shipping options.
• All orders are processed with 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another email when your order has shipped.
